Need emergency data, but no money to top up. Please help

Can someone please help and give me advice on how to speak to an 02 advisor to get 2 or 3gb data added to my number , they call it a gesture of goodwill or something z they do this as one offs   , I dont have money to top up and I really need data to get in touch with someone and other reasons that are personal.  Please someone help  I dont have 02 rewards either

I'm sorry but O2 will expect payment for any data you need. A goodwill gesture by O2 is only made to customers if they have been without service for some time or other problems caused by O2.

If you are desperate for data then ask a friend if you can borrow the money?
