Hi, my rolling plan hasn’t renewed but payment has been taken.

O2 are aware of a problem with their billing system.

Unfortunately you will need to call them on 4445 or

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
