I was transferred from Virgin Mobile to O2 recently. everything fine until this week . I receive message saying i
I'm going to be charged for MMS that I've just sent.
I have previously not been charged and my tariff says they are included free of charge.
please explin

MMS have been chargable on O2 for as long as I can remember.

I was transferred too from Virgin to O2 and everything was fine and then my text messages have now been sent via MMS and I’m being charged for them. What have O2 done and how do I get it to go back to my normal texts.

Are you using Google Messages?
It may need you to log out of chat features then re log in with O2
