How to enter prepaid voucher code from abroad?

Hello,

I just bought a voucher code to top up an O2 UK prepaid account. But I can't enter it. USSD code do not work from abroad, dialing +441753 552 277 is not accepted ("not recognized"), +443456 062 277 does not work (call ends). 

Topping up via web does not work, because I do not have an address in UK. If I enter a random address, credit card payment fails and Paypal is not supported as alternative.

What can I do?

If you're topping up from a country that doesn't allow direct dialing, enter *111*# then press the call button. Your mobile will go on standby for a few seconds before it rings

The response to dialing *111*# is "UNKNOWN APPLICATION".
