As a new customer with 02 I topped up my sim card with £10 which offered free10 credit but was required to contact customer service as I had difficulty with the voucher number acceptance via the automated topup number and the agent I was connected with resolved my issues and my credit and bundle was added, but following this I attempted to claim my free credit and was notified of a error and to try again later, after many attempts I'm still unable to claim the free 10 what should I do or who do I contact for support

The Free10 code can be invalid if you purchased your SIM from somewhere other than O2 or an O2 Reseller - but Customer Services will be able to help you. Good luck!
