I had a classic 123 pay as you go as a back up. I'm aware you need to either top up or make chargeable calls within 6 months to keep it active but they cut me off anyway ,last call was only a month ago.

They claimed they needed to swop the sim as they had cut off the old one without explanation could not get it re working.  I double checked that as I was an existing 123 PAYG classic customer thus would be carried over. I can see the balance but cannot make or receive calls. It is an old galaxy j3 2016. It says unable to make calls due to call baring  I've checked this feature is off not on. Called O2 who do not have a clue and only interested in getting me on another plan which I do nor want. This problem with not being able to make calls happened before but it's pot luck who you get on the phone re skill level. Eventually it was found to be that they had done something incorrectly but no idea what it was and so far no such luck getting it up and running. Any help appreciated.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Have you tried the sim in a different phone @JENt ?
