I have topped up $10 last night in my account and selected $5 bundle starting from 5 Sept
I received SMS from O2 last night as confirmed
However, I received SMS this morning and said I need to pay $30 for the Big Bundle and the $5 bundle will be started on 5 Oct

You need to speak to customer services on 4445 and get them to start your new bundle from now.
And and FYI we use £ in the UK and not $
