There is no contract to cancel on PAYG.

Once your number has transferred your O2 sim will stop working.

So if you can stop sending me emails and texts about my account every 60 minutes would be nice.

We are all customers like you, so we aren't sending you any emails or texts. You need to contact O2 and ask them to stop.
