Hi, I'm using pay as you go for a very good while. Lately my app is not working and I was wondering, if it is because I did not poped it up for few months.
Usually I use SIM just for gigs. It was working well. I am receiving and calls, and messages. Unfortunately application says, that either I am new to O2 and should wait 48 hours or I should contact customer services.
I'd like to top it up right now.

No way to top it up if it's been disconnected.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Yes, sorry, seems on the phone website I totally misguided/navigated myself to the wrong direction.
