norh of my o2 numbers have been disconnected because I haven’t paid the bills. However I need to get verification codes via Text message but I’ve got no service

@rjb86 If you've been disconnected you won't be able to receive text messages. You need to download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Then you need to call the Payment Management Team on +44800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
