Hi o2 is holding a Payment of £30 in my bank as I tried to get a contract phone and it didn’t work how long until I’ll receive a refund please

O2 are not holding it. The ringfenced funds get returned according to your bank's rules, @Cameron6 - but usually within 3 to 10 banking days. Talk to your bank if you need it sooner. Good luck!
