18gb sim promo

I bought a sim with the 18gb promo.  it was written on the pack that if you are a new customer we will apply the promo automatically.  You know what i'm going to say.   Yup.  It wasn't, and still hasn't been applied.  What do i do..  call customer services?   Thanks.

It might not show until you have used your 6GB of data, if need be you can call Customer Services by calling 4445 from your handset.

It should show as a bolt on but it can take a few days to show up Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
