Why is your software so BAD. It is impossible to proceed in ANY section. You are now VERY close to loosing another customer. Why dont you just have a contact us email address ?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

The reason companies are getting rid of email customer service emails is because customers are stupid, and email full card numbers, bank account details and all manner of personal details, via an unsecure, and not guaranteed to be delivered service, that then sits on peoples gmail, yahoo etc mail service..  as well as a companies mail server...
