Is anyone having a peroblem with voicemail and customer support Number. If I dial 901 for voicemail it immediately drops displaying "call ended" and the same if I dial 202.Wish I had never got involved with O2

It's because you have a zero spend cap, regardless that the calls are free.

Ask O2 to increase it to £5 and you'll be fine.

This has come up a few times

Try the following 

Try dialling ##002#. This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including Voicemail 901. You then need to dial 1750 to switch voice mail back on 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
