Hi, did anyone else place an order for the Galaxy Book when it was on offer and still received no updates? I dont even know if i will ever receive it, cheers

Thanks TallTrees, i try them nearly everyday but the only update they can give me is it is out of stock, the annoying thing is everday ive checked, it still says delivery in upto 1 week if i was to place a new order and its been saying that since i placed the order, i was just curious if anyone was in the same boat, thanks

I  think there are quite a few people waiting for various items. Shortage of stock on iPhone etc.

Presently can't  see it improving much.

Which Galaxy Book, as I know some of the variants are on back order even for us that go direct to Samsung..

Hi @madasaf1sh , thanks for your reply, it was for the standard Galaxy Book (not the go or the pro).  I dont mind waiting as i was happy with the offer when i ordered it, its just the lack of communication or updates, and the fact o2 are still claiming up to 1 week on new orders, cheers

I would speak to the o2 sales team, just in case your order has fallen into a black hole (it does happen, I once had it with both o2 and Samsung).
