I have recently tried to upgrade my phone, however after a few times of the website glitching out - when I was finally able to get through, I selected the wrong colour. I asked for a RTS from O2 and they got DPD to send the phone back to O2 from their depot, O2 received this phone back two days ago but I'm still unable to retry my upgrade. Has anyone had a similar situation and how long do they reckon it'll take to process this return so I am elegible to upgrade again?

It can take up to 7 working days for someone decides to sort out the returns and scan them back into stock
Not sure why but it seems O2 employees tend to do the most minimal work required
