I got my Samsung S23 with the promotion for the Galaxy Buds 2 for £1 but I haven't received the email with the code to activate the discount. I was on the phone with o2 and the guy I spoke to said that he filled out the form for me to get it and it should be with me within 12-24 hours but it has been almost four days now and I still haven't received anything. Has anyone encountered the same problem? How was it solved?

I was told 48 hours when I phoned, think it was around 5 days after that I received the text from o2 , I ordered them that day and received the buds the next day
