I made a payment of £141.35 on 26th June and you have taken a payment today of £71.43. Could you return this money to my bank account please.

Manual payments need to be made 5-7 days before a DD is due in order to clear and stop the DD being taken @SG72 

If you want a refund you need to contact o2; this is a customer community so we cannot do that.
