Atm I have had no money because some one had stolen my identity so the money for all repayments have not been made but they have cut me off so I have no way of getting in contact with them to sort the solution out but if u see this please call me on xxxxxxxxxxxxx thank you Tom

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
