Pay and go tarrif

Why are the tarrifs not described accuratly in the my o2 .

have just changed to big talker and in the change my tarriff it says 3000 o2 texts for £10 but it doesnt clearly state that o2 texts are only to other o2 phones.

where as if you go on front page o2 tarrifs for pay and go it states this clearly.

Is this just to trick people?

Big Talker is perfect if your friends and family are also on O2. Top up and get O2 to O2 minutes, O2 to O2 texts and data - use your credit to buy more when you need to.

Yes cleoriff the link you put up is clear but when you are in your o2 account swapping your tarrif it is described different.

Obviously I can't see into your MyO2 account Mark (only you can see that info) I can only tell you what I see from the link...and in my own account...:smileywink:
