Opted for the iPhone 14 pro max upgrade and waited for weeks, got a message that the phone would be delivered by DHL on the 21st October, waited till 4pm and was sent a message that my address could not be accessed (found that strange as I was home all day and DHL has delivered parcels to my address in the past). Parcel was subsequently delivered on the 24th October, opened it and found that the phone had been swapped for a powerbank. Not sure what to do but intend to chase this till the very end as I cannot be paying for a powerbank.

Thanks @pgn, i have contacted them and they are on a long investigation hunt, it's been a real pain trying to get feedback as I have had to chase and wait for updates for over a week now and nothing seems to be happening, rather I keep getting reminders about my new deal. Looking at escalation options
