Order new sim abroad having lost phone

Hi,

Please help!

I am abroad and need to order a new sim card having lost my phone.

I cannot order through website as any click on "myO2" requires text verification.

I cannot access my email as I do not have my phone for verification.

I cannot access my bank account...I do not have my phone for verification.

My bank card expired 09/22 so card does not work.

Therefore no money.

Been sleeping on streets.

Please could a new sim card be sent to the Post Office (Correos) in San Miquel, Eivissa?

Sorry for the situation in which you find yourself.

Sadly, SIM cards cannot be sent abroad as they have to be used in the UK to activate 

You can try messaging O2

Sounds like you are in a situation where you might also need help from the British Consulate

Have you tried ringing your bank for help?

They can post a card to an overseas embassy or to visa international or even an address where you can sign for it

Why would you travel abroad with a debit card that was due to expire?
