New device - Apple Music

Hi,

I recently upgraded and was sent a code for 3 months free Apple Music by text. The text was deleted. Any ideas where else I can find the code?

I also added Amazon music, which is showing in my account as an add on but it is not activated on Amazon music, how do I activate it?
