Hello. I ordered some headphones last week but they haven't arrived yet. On reading the small print tracking isn't available. I've found Aura can't answer my question and have just called 202 twice, gone through the extremely irrelevant options for my situation twice, and had an automated voice tell me to go to my O2 app. Does anyone have any advice on how I get to actually speak with someone?!

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Thank you very much for your reply. I got through to someone. Apparently my order is delayed. Shame I wasn't informed of that and saved some worry.
