Just been to O2 shop in Castle lane Belfast. Problem with phone, 4 months old and still paying for it. Phone has no physical damage or water ingress Very abrupt and downright rude conversation, on the doorstep, with woman who described herself as the manager, although she wouldn't give me her name. She just kept spouting company policy and O2's rights Well Madam what about my rights as a consumer my biggest right is to take my custom elsewhere and advise others to do the same O2 you suck

Shame on the shop in question
You are probably much better off dealing directly with the manufacturer @BadService

@BadService You need to follow the advice given to you by @jonsie. As your phone is only 4 months old it is still under warranty. If your purchase was made through O2 online, the phone needs to be sent back to O2 for repair. Calling customer service to arrange to do that is the only way you can proceed.

As Stated My Sales contract was not with the manufasturer but with O2. Sale of Good Act specifically says Sellor is reponsible for goods Consumer Credit Act states that goods bought on credit, where that credit is arranged by seller, remain the sellers goods untill the 'creditor' has copmpletely deliverd all monies to the lendor Thus the phone was not mine untill final payment of Credit agreement'
