Where can I find a complete list of companies that are on O2 Open rewards scheme?

CS can tell you but I'm not aware of an up to date list.
You can try your employer in the form and see if it's accepted though.

I have wondered how valid any list would be Rich? They would produce a list one month..and the next it could be out of date...with companies leaving and new ones joining....

Yeah thats what I thought. A bit like compiling a list of companies my local hospital contracts work out to....On the list today....gone tomorrow..

Pretty sure the list is around the 3000 companies mark at present - I'm sure if you call CS or pop into store someone could check for you if your company (partner, friend, family member company) is present.
