Hi 

I have been contacted by a company called Buzzuzz who stated that they are used by O2 to deal with upgrades. does anyone know if this is true?

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Community.

We advise never upgrading from a cold call. There have been no end of issues with some of o2 partners.

Best bet is to go in store if there is one near you, agree the deal, provide your proof of i.d. and walk out with your shiny new toy.

Avoid this company, indeed avoid any trusted partner as they only do business contracts.

New one on me too but still stick to my advice above. NEVER buy on a cold call.

It's the people that do get taken in I feel sorry for. At least the OP had the good sense to check them out on here first. It's high time O2 took a firm stance on these jokes of a company.
