JBL Flip 4 speaker won't charge

Got a few jbl flip 4 speaker with my s8+. The speaker won't charge and I don't know who to contact about getting a repair or replacement. Whenever I've tried to contact O2 or JBL I'm just given the run around. I've even tried Samsung but to no avail.

According to the t&c https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/free-jbl-flip-4-speaker-with-samsung-galaxy-s8-terms... o2 were the promoter so I guess it falls on o2 to resolve this as it was a free gift and not a purchase .

Try calling JBL again as you might get a different person and a different response next time.
They have a responsibility to honour their warranty as much as the retailer does.
