Solved: How To Claim Free Earbuds

I recently upgraded my phone which also included the ability to claim a free pair of wireless earbuds, and the leaflet in the pack stated to go to the Members App on the device and claim the earbuds offer, however I cannot see anything within the Members App to allow me to claim them, can anyone assist on how to do this?
