Haven't received my Samsung Buds 3 Pro Code!!!!

I bought 2 S25 Ultras from O2 with the promise of the buds 3 pro per device, I have only received one code. Anyone else having the same issue? This is really poor service. I called and warned them I had only received one, a month ago, only to be told to wait till the end of Feb.

I waited until the end of feb to be told wait more business days. At this point they are sending me on a run around. Its getting beyond frustrating, just give me my code.

I'm already aware of this. As I stated I only received 1 code, but mad 2 s25 Ultra pre orders at the same time. Both phones arrived on the same day but only one received the code.

I'm on the same boat with the pre order offer for a code for the buds 3 pro. I haven't recieved any codes at all. Other people I know who had got the s25 ultra had recieved theirs within 2 weeks!

They can take up to 40 to 45 days to arrive. 

Less than 30 days (as per Guide: Gift with Purchase  ) is unusual 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
