Please can anyone tell me how to find out my outstanding balance on my virgin mobile freestyle handset?

This is what I’ve already tried several times!!

1.Virgin Mobile freestyle don’t answer

2. Virgin media transfer me to O2

3. O2 transfer me to virgin media

4. Virgin media transfer me to virgin freestyle

5. Virgin freestyle don’t answer.

6. Unable to find any virgin mobile credit agreement on email.

please help 😩😩

I can tell you 100% it's handled by Virgin. Handset loans were not moved across to O2

You will need to push them and don't take no for an answer

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
