Hey guys,

I finally received my promo code to redeem the buds3 pro for £20 this morning. Placed an order via the website with the code applied. However, after clicking order, the page went blank. The money was then taken from my bank account, yet I can see no order confirmation or see the order listed in my orders.

Has anyone else had difficulty with this? Thanks.

Edit: I should also note that the same order is still also sitting in my basket which seems strange...

@Klaxx

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Welcome @7wait to this O2 customer to customer community. Unfortunately, you will need to contact O2 as we cannot access your account or provide other direct help.

It is not a scam, it is just that O2 sometimes are not very efficient.

You'll see that @MI5 has posted details of how to contact the sales team. My suggestion is that you use the social media route, as they are based in the UK and have a track record of solving customer problems. 👍
