Extra charges

Anonymous
Not applicable

Good evening

i have been charged £5 three time in nov, for using my phone abroad, (between 10th and 16th) however while i was abroad i do not recall using my phone on the days in question, i used wifi and did not text or call any one while i was away after the 5th of nov, i am aware i used my phone prior to then but i was charged accordingly for the pre 5th phone use,

please could you help shine some light on this? How did i use my phone and what did i use it for? Why didnt my spend cap of £5 not prevent the second and third charges?

cheers

  mike
