Delivery time and refund

I paid 8.99 for next day before 10.30 delivery.  The phone has not arrived, I am now due in to work.  I need to know when the phone is scheduled as I need to get someone to sit in for it.  Also as a result I would like a full refund on the delivery costs.  I look forward to your reply. Tia

However, if it is with the carrier they too may not lnow a time
