Yesterday I tried to change my phone and my wifes phone from EE to O2 with Carphone warehouse. Unfortunately, due to 2 addresses with the same surname at my postcode the credit check for the second phone change would not go through. Carphone Warehouse tried to access the system so many times that in the end the credit referal was declined.
Today I tried to join O2 through the O2 shop in Newton Abbot with the same result.
I have an excellent credit rating as found on Experion, but the O2 computor system has been cannot access that as Carphone Warehouse tried too many times to get a posotive reply.
Despite all this, and indeed a strange bill for £13 from O2 today, I would still like to change our 2 phones from EE to O2.
Please help as I wish to proceed with the change and an upgrade to our phones.
