Click through from app to ticketmaster does not allow purchase

I have the O2 Priority app, and can see the artists on presale. I choose the artist, venue and then "Get tickets" and am diverted to the ticketmaster website... but then it just says a presale is happening and doesn't let me buy any. This happens on every instance, every artist and venue I have tried.

Try using your browser to get to 

https://priority.o2.co.uk/

instead of the App, @Mrs_Bling - if that works for your tickets, then remove the app, reboot your phone, and reinstall the app from your phone's app store.
