Changing account name to company name in order to claim VAT

Can you advise how I change the name of my mobile account to my company name. 

I've been advised that I need to do this in order to claim VAT,

a) I'm fairly sure you can't do this without closeout the account and opening a new account in good business name

b) As long as you are vat registered and the account is in your name you should be able to claim the Vat.

You will also need to as customer services to turn on VAT invoicing for your account if it is not already set up that way.
