I have found my phone I have a new chip and was given an unblock number but I was as for a number type of my phone and don’t know how to find this it said dile +#6# but I can dile on my phone

To get your IMEI number you dial *#06# (not +)
To use unlocking code, you put a non O2 sim in your phone and turn it on. If locked, the phone will ask for the unlock number which you enter in the phones keypad.
