Hi I encountered server poor network - was Ok before in my area. I have a few phone cards using O2, it seems to be all encountering poor internet speed. When I checked the issue for my network area it said “it looks like the nearby phone mast seems not working as it should ”, please could I know when this issue will be resolved please as all my mobile data are using O2 network it severely impacts my day.

Unfortunately O2 won't give time scales for fixing masts or installing new masts. There are so many factors to affect this. Supplies, staffing levels, Access to land etc etc etc
