You may need a replacement Sim Card to whch a blank can be picked up from any 02 Shop or ask them to post you one.
If instore the swap can be done there or complete the swap at home using the swapmysim online form.
Be aware it can take from approx 2 hours to 24 hours to fully re activate, and turning your phone off and on throughout this period typically helps to reset your services.
If after replacing the sim etc nothings changed then you can still report the mast even tho its saying all is fine on the Status Checker page.
Also If after following the above your still having issues then seek assistance from the phone manufacturer to rule out that the phone is at fault.

Swipe down from the top of the screen on the homescreens, and select Settings, Network Connections. Ensure Flight Mode is set to off.
Now select Mobile Network:
Now what does the very bottom pane ?(beneath the Network Selection Mode options) say? Has it changed to say O2-UK and GPRS?
