Where is my refund?

I am still waiting for a refund of £133 i went to my local shop as the customer service couldn't find my account... well they wont as i cancelled last year yet you have managed to find my bank account and have been taking money from my account.. when i spoke to the shop they called customer service and they confirmed it was a mistake on their end..and that i would receive and email stating this and my refund would be sent.. i am still waiting for the email and the refund.. i have spoken to ombudsman and i have been informed about taking this further.. this needs paying back to my account soon.. if not i will be taking the next step.. i have had non stop stress from this company someone needs to sort this now!
