Hi everyone. I have a Sony Xperia V III and about a month ago the fingerprint started playing funny and than disappeared completely from the settings. After resetting the phone to the factory settings it came back but only for me to use it a few times and disappeared again. I spoke to o2 and they told me that they will send it back to repairs being still in warranty. I received a message yesterday saying that they couldn't fix it so will send me an replacement. I've had my phone for almost an year and is like brand new, always had a case and a protective foil. I received the replacement phone today and it has marks of glue around the glass and the speaker is bent in. I am still paying for this phone for another 2 years. It doesn't seem normal to me to still pay for a refurbished phone that I don't know anything about and that might die completely by the time warranty finishes. I sent mine in the original box and the one I got today came in an envelope . Any advice on what to do?
Thanks

Contact O2 and reject the replacement.
You may still Get a refurb but it should be in good condition.
You only get a brand new device within the first 30 days.
