Nokia Lumia 920 Accessing Office Files

Recently having problems accessing office docs stored on my phone.

It fmight flash up refreshing screen on the top left of the screen. Looks like its going to open but doesn't.

Recently changed to a 4G Sim.

Any ideas?

Hi,

 

 

Changing to a 4G sim should not have caused any issues with the phone.

 

You could try a reset.

Yes, could do a reset. I'm having all sorts of email and text problems as well.

I think it's going to be a hard reset but just checking to see if anyone else was having any probs.

Can't sync email. People are texting me and I'm not receiving the messages.

I tried a soft reset, waste of time.

 

Hard reset I can do through settings, about, reset your phone.

I'll get round to backing up when I have time.
