Morning all. I've made the leap of faith from an iPhone XS Max to the Samsung S21 Ultra. The query I've got is with the SIM card. As for iPhone is 4g, do I need to do anything for my new 5g phone? I dont know if I do need to for either the extra "g" or for the size of the SIM
EDIT - the contract I have is a SIM only, and the phone has been purchased via a third party vendor

Your old sim will only be 4g capable, so you'll need a new 5g sim from O2.
Once you get the sim, you do a sim swap from your old sim to activate the new one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
You also need to ask O2 to switch your data bolt on to "standard" data,
You'll need to contact O2 for this.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Perfect, and thank you for that. I purchased the phone separate, however your answer has helped. Thank you again!
