I'm after something to carry my phone, spare headphones and hand sanitiser when I'm out walking.

So nothing too big.
Nothing that attaches to a belt. (I wear shorts)

Not a man bag

Dont want to look like a drug dealer.

I bought one of these and it went to Thailand and back. It holds my tablet, phones, medication, powerpac, cables etc. My son has borrowed it to take on holiday but of course that has now been cancelled. Doubt I'll ever see it again now....

Oddly enough that came up on perusing the net, and yeah far too big. 

It's either a bum bag, a thigh hip thing or a chest pack. They're all a bit too cumbersome. If i wore a belt i could get one of those clip on pouches. About the right size, not too hefty & barely visible.. 

I've seen the holster type too but who'd wear that... ?

How big are the headphones? Why not swap them for in-ear types and then you have a bigger choice of compact cases.

I have a set of Sennheiser cans but I always carry Apple EarPods just in case the battery dies. So anything that'll carry the EarPods wil do (I can wear the cans round my neck if I need to)

Yeah it is a very mixed bag (no pun intended!).
My wife got me a little rucksack to put my keys etc in when I go cycling. It's not designer quality, but it has enough room for my phone, keys and a few other bits.
