Tom Grennan - O2 PRIORITY

Hi All,

Im new here and im not currently an O2 customer,

I have a few questions.

1. Does anyone know the onsale times for Tom Grennan at the O2 Arena, London on Saturday 6th September 2025 as the O2 Priority website says it will go live at 09.30am on Wednesday 5th February 2025 however elsewhere ive seen articles that priority will go live at 10am with the general artist presale.

2. Do PAYG customers get access to O2 priority and if so what criteria do we have to meet to keep O2 priority active?

1 - The app will give you the dates and times of release for tickets

2 - Yes, all O2 customers get Priority. Just need an active account.

Is there anyway to get in touch with some one at priority as I need to get it clarified as to whether on sale is at 09.30 or 10am

Tickets are sold through AXS who are stating 10 am on Wed 5th. (2 days before general sale).
