O2 Priority Competition Win - Tickets not received and event in two days.

Hi @Dave-O2 

 

I have recently won an O2 Priority competition on for a pair of tickets to the Louis Theroux Q&A at O2 London. 

 

I have replied to the RSVP email (received 15th April 2025) and received correspondence back saying a member of the O2 Team will be in touch with further details. 

 

Since that date, I have had no tickets or confirmation of tickets for this event. The event takes place in two days (30th April 2025) and I am coming from the North of England so travel and accommodation is still to be arranged in this short time while we wait for tickets/confirmation.

 

I have contacted via email a couple of times, called multiple O2 CS numbers, TicketMaster/Weticketit numbers, and live chat and been taken round in circles with no definitive help.

 

Based on other community posts I have seen resolved around this matter, @Dave-O2 has been recommended as a problem solver.

 

Any help is massively appreciated!

Someone asked this in another post and the advice was to contact the company who runs the competition, as you say is weticket it 

 

The number I think I gave last time was 0203 650 3132 and ask them, think are responsive on that number...

 

o2 / ticketmaster etc wont have a clue on customer services.. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Thank you! I tried the number but it rings out. Emailed their support email mentioned at voicemail message. slight_smile
