Hi, my mum recently broke her phone so I gave her my old one + transferred her SIM into it. However, her O2 priority app still seems to be attached to my phone number instead of hers (meaning that if I activate an offer it appears on her phone as well as mine). We can't seem to figure out how to switch it to her mobile number. Tried signing out and back in again + deleting and re-downloading the app already. Thanks!

Did you reboot phone after deleting app before downloading again?

Hi, unfortunately this didn't work. Do you know what else we can try?

Check the website version @AlysSavery - you may need to use an incognito tab in your browser to be prompted for the correct phone number again (or clear cookies): https://priority.o2.co.uk/

I can only suggest contacting O2 to check things on their side.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
