I have finished a contract with O2 . I want to pay my final bill but I can't because : I dont have access to the O2 account , I cant over the phone because the O2 advisor works from home and has no access to the payment . I asked to have my bill sent home to pay at the post office , but the person I spoke to on the phone is also unable to send the final bill . How can I get the final bill so that I can pay it .
