I cant log into my account on the website or the app. I have been a user for over 10 years and had the app which has been working all this time. Now i cant log into the full account and it keeps saying we are having problems, the app is not available to you yet, etc etc. Tried to call several hundred times but cannot get through to anyone. Is anyone else having these problems?

This is a widespead issue affecting thousands of customers whilst O2 are attempting to transfer all customers to a new billing system
